Description
Cancel all buff effects on the target by a chance. Each cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone.

Notes
Dispell works on guild mates and allies in PvP environment when forced with shift. There are certain buffs which can not be dispelled (incomplete):
- Chemical Protection skills of Alchemists
- Enchant Deadly Poison
- Walking Speed boost gained from items
- Monster Fury
- [[Divest] status of Rogue skills
- Soul Linkers are naturally immune
- Stalkers buffed with the Spirit of Rogue are immune
- Players using GTB cannot be dispelled at all.
