Description
Forcibly strip the weapon off a target. While used on players in PvP environment, the target cannot equip weapons for period of time. Used in PvM, this skill decreases the ATK of a monster by 25% for a short amount of time.

Facts
- Skill level and DEX affects the Cast Time of the skill.
- If the opponent doesn't wield a weapon, the skill will always fail.
- In case of divesting shield, the victim is still able to equip 2H Weapons or Dual Wield. Divested shield doesn't affect offhand weapon.
- Dispell doesn't remove the effect, but relogging or casting Battle Chant does.
- Can be used on Boss type monsters.
- Only shows animation on success.
- DEX difference between the caster and the target affects on the success chance. Paramond[1] gives the following formula for success rate:
success rate = 5 + 2 * Skill Level + (Your DEX - Enemy DEX) / 5
