Description
Cast an area on the ground that will amplify all Water property attacks and increase the Max HP of Water property characters.
- Deluge also enables the use of the Water Ball and Aqua Benedicta skills.
- Each cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone, but casting Whirlwind, Volcano or another Deluge over an already existing Deluge while it is still active will not incur another gemstone cost.

Notes
- Deluge acts as shallow water for skills Aqua Benedicta and Water Ball. While Water Ball consumes Deluge rapidly, Aqua Benedicta can be used endlessly while the spell on the ground lasts.
