1. Go to the Knight Guild in Prontera.
2. Talk to the Recruiter, choose "Volunteer." They'll warp you to outside the culverts, and give you 3 Red Potions, 1 Milk, 1 Orange Potion. The Culvert Guardian will now let you enter the Prontera Culverts.
