Bless can also be used offensively. Shift-bless when used on undead property or demon race monsters will halve their STR, DEX and INT.

The STR reduction has little effect as almost all monsters have STR 1, but the DEX change reduces the monsters Hit, and the INT reduces their MAtk. This is especially useful against high DEX monsters - Skeleton Archer and Antique Firelock for instance - and can be an effective replacement for pnuema in AGI battle-aco/combo-monk builds. The effect is the same for level 1 as level 10 bless, although the duration may be greater at higher levels.
