Description
Forcibly strip the shield off a target. While used on players in PvP environment, the target cannot equip a shield for period of time. Used in PvM, this skill decreases the Hard DEF of a monster by 15% for a short amount of time.

Facts
- Skill level and DEX affects the Cast Time of the skill.
- If the opponent doesn't wear a shield, the skill will always fail.
- In case of divesting Two Handed weapons and Dual Wielding, the victim is still able to equip a shield. The offhand weapon can not get divested.
- Dispell doesn't remove the status, but relogging or casting Battle Chant does.
- Can be used on Boss type monsters.
