Max Success Rate

Is this skill actually capped at 70% rate, or did someone just assume that 100+ in each of luck and int doesn't happen? --Biochemistness-76 09:54, 3 November 2007 (MDT)

I've always heard it was capped at 70%. It's totally plausible, and always has been, to get the LUK needed for over 70%..there were TU Priests years ago that had 70 base LUK. However, personally I have never tested it, so I couldn't say. --Rav 11:40, 3 November 2007 (MDT)

Monsters
