Description
Cancel all buff effects, including status ailments, on the target by a chance. Each successful cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone.

Notes
Dispell works on guild mates and allies in PvP environment when forced with shift.
There are certain buffs which can not be dispelled (incomplete):
- Chemical Protection skills of Alchemists
- Divest status of Rogue skills
- Enchant Deadly Poison
- Hindsight
- Monster's Power Up
- Ninja Aura
- Players using GTB cannot be dispelled at all
- Rogues and Stalkers buffed with the Spirit of Rogue are immune
- Soul Linkers are naturally immune
- Shattering Strike
- Walking Speed boost gained from items
