I believe base aspd values for all mercenaries are wrong

Fencer level 8 and 9

Was working on getting all the info on the page and make it look pretty later (looked better than before//). Didnt have time to recheck all the starting values of the mercs yet. All I ask is that you keep the HP and SP regen per Xsec in the chart. I find this to be very important information and I was always running around the web to find these values. Not sure how you are going to fit 2 more colums of data in though. ASPD values are pretty much worthless becuase they are all the same. --Sillbrink(19 July 2010)
