By default, F1 to F9 keys are used for quick access to most-used skills, items, and equipments. Chat anytime by typing in the dialog box and then pressing enter. Battlemode (/bm) significantly changes this aspect and is detailed below in the "In-Game Commands" section. The keyboard is not used to move your character.

Battle mode is a configuration in which the player can use all three skill bars without having to change between them.
To enter Battle mode, type /battlemode or /bm.
While in Battle mode the second and third skill bars are controlled via q-o and a-l, respectively. The first skill bar can then also be accessed via the z-. keys, as well as F1-F9. To chat, simply press enter or the spacebar before writing. While in battlemode, the chatwindow will have a blue frame around it.
Battle mode is extremely useful for Characters that have a lot of skills to use, i.e. support [[Priest]]s, but be aware that if you forget to press enter before chatting you can accidentally use skills or waste items.

Macros are used to access most used emotes or phrases quickly. Press ALT+M to open the Macros window. Here, a list of shortcuts and the values assigned to them will be displayed. When opening for the first time, default emoticons will be linked to "ALT + 1" to "ALT + 0". These can be replaced with other emotes, phrases, or in-game commands.

==Communication==

To talk, type in the chat window and press Enter. What is said will be seen by everybody within a certain range. If Battle mode is on, the Enter key must be pressed before chatting.

Some notes on communication:

*To send a message to the party only, type % before the message or press Ctrl + Enter.
*To send a message to the guild only, type $ or /gc before the message or press Alt + Enter.
*To PM another player, enter the character name into the small box on the left side of the chat window.
*To set the chat mode, click on the left bubble at the bottom right corner of the chat window. The right bubble controls the chat window height.

==Interaction With Others==

To interact with other players, right-click on a character and choose an action from the list provided.

*Common Commands:
**Check (character name)'s Equipment Information - View the target players equipment if they have checked the "Open equipment" box on their equipment screen.
**Trade - Allows trading items or Zeny with another character. After the target player accepts the offer to trade, the trade window will appear. Items can be dragged and dropped here for trading. Zeny can also be entered here for trading. Click "OK" and then "Trade" to confirm.
**Ignore - If the character is annoying, this command will block that character's PMs and public speech as well.
**1:1 Chat - Allows talking to the character privately.
**Add to Friends List - Adds the character to the friends list.
**Invite (character name) to Party - Allows party leaders to invite characters into the party.
**Invite (character name) to Guild - If given the power to recruit players into the guild, this option allows recruiters to invite other characters into the guild. This power to recruit must be given by the guild master.

==Interaction with NPCs==

NPCs are non-player characters. They are not real people but characters programmed into the game. To interact with an [[NPC]], left-click on the target NPC. Note that not all NPCs will talk.

Conversations with NPCs include:

*NPC illustration - Not all NPCs have this.
*Dialogue box - This is a window that shows what the NPC is saying.
*Interactive dialogue box - Sometimes, this window will appear below the main dialogue box with a selection of what to say to the NPC.

1. Head to the [[Sage]] Academy in [[Juno]].

2. Talk to Metheus Sylphe, and pay 1,285,000 Zeny. ''To proceed in this quest, the player's character must have 0 Weight, no Cart, Pet or Peco Peco, and all of his or her [[Skill Points]] spent.''

3. Read The Book of Ymir.

4. Head south from that spot to the very bottom of the map, and turn left.

5. Go down the stairs and walk through the maze path. When you reach the rooms with three and four different paths, pick portals at random until you enter the room with three entrances from the bottom left portal. Take the portal to the bottom right which results in entering a new spiral room.

6. Head to the center of the spiral, making sure not to enter the portals along the side and enter the portal there.

7. Once in the room with the machine, you'll have to click on the NPC bubble at the very bottom of it. It may be hard to get to, so find a spot within reach of the machine. Best may be from the bottom left if you adjust the camera angle if possible.

8. After you've been warped to Valhalla, walk north as far as you can, and talk to the Valkryie.

9. If you've got no zeny, no weight, and no unallocated skill points on your character, you'll be reborn into a [[High Novice]], and warped to the town of your original first class:

What is said on the "corequisites" isn't true. You need to do the [[Stop Metto's Research]] quest as part of part I of the [[God Items Quest]]. Also, while there isn't an actual page for it, Archers trying to job change to Bard must complete the [[Snowysnow Quest]]. Also, merchants job changing to alchemist must do the [[Alchemist Item Gathering]] quest. --[[User:Resplendent|Resplendent]] 14:32, 18 November 2007 (MST)
:[[Stop Metto's Research]] is a prerequisite for the [[God Items Quest]] in the same sense that [[Piano Keys Quest]] is a prerequisite for the [[Sign Quest]]. While many people may not have done Metto's quest or the Keys Quest (the rewards aren't worth the effort) until they start the God Items or Sign quests, respectively, they must be completed prior to completing the the quest.
:[[Rachel Sanctuary Quest]] and [[Lost Child Quest]], however, have a different kind of relationship. You cannot complete one quest until you have done part of the other for both of them. You cannot complete the Rachel Sanctuary quest until you have done lost child quest, but you can't complete the lost child quest until you've finished part of the Rachel Sanctuary quest either. Thus, I termed them corequisites rather than prerequisites, in order to note that to complete either of them you have to do them at the same time.
:I don't recall doing the [[Alchemist Item Gathering]] quest either (and I do have an alchemist), but it was quite some time ago that my merchant became an alchi, so I may just be forgetful.
:I am not familiar with the [[Snowysnow Quest]] or the bard job change quest (they're among the few quests that I've never done), so I won't revert you, but I'm trying to explain why there is a difference between the relationship between Metto's quest and the god items quest and the relationship between the rachel sanctuary and lost child quests. ::The alchemist job change required me to do the [[Hair_Styling/Dye_Quests#Mixture.2FCounteragent|counteragent/mixture quest]] to job change, characters who've already completed it, simply move to the next step. Whereas with the bard job change, characters who've already completed the snowysnow quest will still need to go and do it again (atleast last i checked). From what i've heard Metto's research is similar to the bard change, and must be redone even if its already been completed. (though for those quests, i wouldn't really consider "Quest A containing Quest B" to be a co-requisite relationship)

WHAT IS BAG FILTER?

Recovery of particulate matter from exhaust gas is vital for any industry from two aspects

To avoid pollution problems
Recovery of finished product-increasing the plant yield
For recovering particulate matter different options available are – Cyclones, Venturi, scrubbers, bag filters, electrostatic precipitators etc. Out of these bag filter becomes the best choice if following are dominant selection criteria’s:

Material is expensive and hence high collection efficiency is desired.
Particulate size is very fine.
Material recovery in powder form is desirable & not in solution form.
A conventional bag filter normally has following problems:

Frequent bag choking - hence high plant shut down time.
Higher pressure drops across bag filter – hence higher blower electrical power.
Bag choking resulting in reduced airflow rate & therefore reduction in plant capacity.
Due to the above the bag filter becomes bottleneck for plant operation.

Realizing above we have designed our bag filter using scientific procedure as elaborated in DESIGN METHODOLOGY. We manufacture bag filter as per "Quality Assurance Plan." Hence consistency in quality is guaranteed.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF BAG FILTER

Figure 1 depicts the working principle of bag filter.

The dust-laden air enters the bag filter bustle.
The air is uniformly distributed avoiding channeling.
Initially a coat of material forms on the bags. Subsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium.
The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes thorough the filter bags from outside to inside.
The accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulse-jet air intermittently.
The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves.
The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere.
Knockers are provided on conical portion especially for sticky/hygroscopic materials.

1. Bag filter housing:

Bigger housing size is required for sufficient filtering area and low CAN velocity. It ensures minimum pressure drop across bag filter. This reduces the blower power consumption.
Bustle type construction at air inlet assures uniform air distribution. This avoids channeling of air and hence gives consistent bag filter performance.
Bottom cone angle of bag house cone is 45?so that the powder slides freely.
Higher area is provided for air passage to keep the CAN VELOCITY low. This avoids powder "re-entrainment" and resultant bag choking.
Full SS construction is provided even on exhaust side - longer bag filter life.
Bag removal from top - maintenance in dust free atmosphere.
Figure 2 explains these points.

2. Filter bags:

We careful select filter bag fabric considering temperature, particulate size, air-to- cloth ratio.
The Felt media bag minimizes pressure fluctuations giving uniform and high collection efficiency.
Specially selected Anti-stick coating on bags minimizes bag choking.
3. Bag cages

Figure 3 shows our cage construction.

Cages are made out of larger diameter bars to make the assembly rigid.

The pitch between bars is kept less to adequately support bags by cages. This avoids flex line failure between the vertical wires.
Careful selection of fit relationship between cage and bag avoid premature bag failure.
If bag is oversized then bags may have internal abrasion along vertical lines causing bag failure.
Sharp edges on Pan are avoided as they cut / damage the bag where it comes in contact with the edge of Pan.
4. Filter bag-Venturi assembly

Figure 4 explains our Venturi assembly.

Higher thickness Venturi mounting plate – uniform pressure is applied - seals better.
Venturi are cast –rigidity in clamping reducing leakages.
Special Silicone gasket ensures Leak-proof joint between Venturi and Venturi mounting plate.
Clamps are provided to hold the bags on cages and seal for leakages.
5. Reverse PulseJet cleaning system

Figure 5 explains working of reverse jet system.

6. Air bleeding arrangement

A temperature monitored automatic " Air bleeding ’’ arrangement avoids exposure of bags to higher temperatures and ensures longer bag life.

DESIGN METHODOLOGY

In our every Bag filter design following scientific procedure is adopted.

For calculating filtering area selection of filtering velocity is done from reference tables based on material properties.
This filtering velocity needs to be corrected to suit the actual operating conditions. Following four factors are considered:
1. Application Factor: It varies for oily, moist, agglomerating material and depending on continuous/intermittent operation. e. g. 0.9 for heavy dust loads and continuous operation.

2. Temperature Factor: It varies as per gas stream temperature. e. g. 1.0 for temperatures upto 45 deg.

3. Particle size factor: It depends on particle size. e. g. 0.8 for below 3 micron.

4. Dust load factor: It varies as per dust loading per volume of gas stream.

e. g. 1.2 for 10 or less grains/cu.ft.

In addition to the filtration velocity, consideration of "CAN VELOCITY" is critical while sizing bag filter. CAN VELOCITY is the velocity in the flow passages between the filter bags.
With high CAN VELOCITY, the dust particles, which have been cleaned off the bags, get RE-ENTRAINED in the gas stream. This re-entrained dust gets RE-DEPOSITED on bags. This results in higher pressure drop and consequential deterioration in bag filter performance. Following fig. Shows this effect.
The CAN VELOCITY is selected based on the material, bag length. This decides the bag filter house sizing.

EXCLUSIVE FEATURES OF BAG FILTER

Better performance -

Movement of air from top to bottom aids in removing powder from bags eliminating the possibilities of dust re-entrainment. This results in low-pressure drop and precious energy saving.
Anti-stick coat on bags facilitates removal of powder avoiding chocking of filter bags.
Automatic air pulse jet system with adjustable sequential timer to clean filter bags on-line.
Bottom cone angle of housing is 450 hence powder slides freely down.
Ease in maintenance and long life -

Bag removal from top facilitates maintenance in dust free atmosphere.
The bag cage has 16 wire rods for better support to bag that improve bag life.
Aluminum di-cast heavy wall thickness machined venturies for distortion free and leak free performance. Heavy wall thickness renders long life.
Safety Instrumentation and Alarm -

Fully automatic temperature controlled Cold Air Bleeding system to limit air inlet temperature to protect the filter bag fabric.
Differential pressure switch across bag filter is provided to know if bags are chocked.
Vacuum pressure switch is provided to protect the housing and bags from collapsing under vacuum.
Compressed air pressure switch is provided on pulse jet cleaning system to ensure sufficient pressure is available for proper cleaning of filter bags online.
The bag filter is compact. This results in low civil and erection cost.

Espeon: Removed Thief and Rogue from list of classes that can equip 1h axes.

Axes can be used by [[Swordman]], [[Knight]], [[Crusader]], and [[Assassin]], but are generally used by [[Merchant]], [[Alchemist]], [[Blacksmith]] classes. Axes come in many varieties, with more slotted versions being dropped by monsters. Axes have medium-high to high [[ATK]], but have lower attack speed than swords or daggers. 1. Go to the Blacksmith Guild located in the southeastern part of [[Einbroch]] [255,110]. By talking to Altiregen (the guildsman behind the desk), the job change quest will begin.

2. Altiregen will ask the player to find Geschupenschte in [[Einbech]].

3. Head to the Tool Shop [177,133] and answer Geschupenschte's questions correctly. If you fail this quiz twice, he will ask you to bring him items he is in need of:

Although he will always ask for a type of weapon, all can be purchased at NPC shops.

4. After bringing Geschupenschte the items he's asking for, he'll refine the weapon. He'll want the result to be delivered Bismarc, a person standing near the airship in [[Hugel]] [168,183], Talpiz in [[Payon]] [214,79], or Baisulist [46, 164] in [[Geffen]], Krongast [209, 80] in Lighthalzen, or Wickebine, in [[Morroc]] (27, 112). It appears that Geghupenshte imbued the weapon with Green Herbs, so Bismarc could cure his poison with it. He'll give the player a voucher which Geschupenschte is interested in.

5. After dropping off the weapon, return to Geschupenschte, and hand him the reciept, then head back to the Blacksmith Guild and talk to Altiregen again.

6. Altiregen wants the player to talk with Mitehmaeeuh, a female blacksmith in the back of the Blacksmith Guild. She'll have you do a quiz, but this time it's 5 questions (instead of 10 as in the quiz with Geschupenschte).

7. After the questions has been answered to her satisfaction, she will hand the player a Hammer of Blacksmith to give to Altiregen. After giving the hammer to Altiregen, he will change your job to Blacksmith. If you were Job Level 50 as a Merchant, you receive 30 Steel.
